Shipping policy

Processing Time : We try our absolute best to ship out orders within 24-48 hours depending on the day you place your order. Due to our small team fulfilling orders, please allow 3-4 business days for us to get your order shipped out.
Shipping can take 10-14 business days based on availability in store, however - we will do our best to have your order to you ASAP.
Express Shipping : If you need your order shipped out sooner we have faster shipping services provided at checkout. Due to our fulfillment time, faster shipping does not mean that we ship your order out before the scheduled ship date. UPS or USPS will be responsible for delivering your package on time once they pick up your package. All shipping services provide an expected delivery date once you type in your address. The only guaranteed shipping services you can use at checkout are UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air Early, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus, and UPS Worldwide Saver. However, these shipping services can experience delays that are out of our control. If your package is late with any of the guaranteed shipping services above, please email us so we can file a claim for you. Aztex Boutique & Designs LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. You will need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. 


Incorrect Shipping Address Please email aztexboutique@gmail.com right away if you notice the address you entered on your order is incorrect. If your order has already been shipped out, you will be responsible for paying a reship fee. 

International Orders : International orders may have to pay import fees separately from our website. Keep in mind most import fees are charged on top of your order and shipping you’ve already paid when using shipping services. These fees are requested from the government, that Aztex Boutique is not responsible or required to pay for.

Payment Issue : Please make sure your card information matches your billing address for your order to successfully go through. If you are charged but did not receive an order number, your order did not go through. Once your order has successfully gone through, you will receive an order number. 

Pre Order Items : Pre order items will indicate when your item will be shipped out in the description. All pre order items will say Pre Order before the item name. Please understand that pre orders might ship out sooner than the expected arrival date or even delayed past the expected arrival date. Upon placing your order, you will receive an expected arrival date that does not comply with our pre order description date. Pre order arrival dates vary depending on the style, so we ask that you carefully read the description before placing your order. We advise that you place your pre order separate from any other items. If you place an order with multiple items other than a pre order item, these items will not ship out until we receive your pre order. You are more than welcome to request a separate shipping invoice for non pre order items within your order. As soon as we receive our shipment, we will begin shipping out pre orders. Pre orders can NOT be canceled.
